Maybe you’ve got a sassy four-pawed roommate that won’t clean up after themselves, or you’re simply looking to automate your cleaning routine. Whatever the case, if you’re looking to upgrade from your analog broom and mop, you may want to consider going with home appliance brand Proscenic‘s best-selling M7 Pro robot vacuum, which is 50% off at Amazon until July 30.
Regularly $499, the high-tech vacuum cleaner is only $235 when you use the code VIQA9RVZ at checkout. It’s got enough suction power to suck up pet hair, fine dust and dirt from carpets and hardwood flooring, and a 110-millimeter water tank lets you mop floors. Even better, the device is compatible with Alexa and Google voice assistants, so you can tell the vacuum to start or stop cleaning, or to charge itself.
The smart home cleaner’s intelligent navigation system uses laser mapping to create a real-time layout of your home in order to determine the best cleaning routes, and it can climb steps of about .8 inches. You can use the ProscenicHome smartphone app to specify which rooms and areas to clean, switch between cleaning modes, set up to 10 off-limit areas and save multiple maps.
The vacuum measures 13.65 inches wide by 3.8 inches, so it can clean under furniture so long as there’s an approximately four-inch clearance. Other handy features include an Auto Carpet Boost mode that increases the suction power for maximum cleaning, and an extra-large 14.4-volt lithium-ion battery that can clean an approximately 3,229-square-foot home in about 90 to 150 minutes. When the battery gets low, the vacuum will automatically return to its charger and resume cleaning from the location where it left off to finish the job.
The unit is equipped with a HEPA filter and dust bin (both need to be cleaned out in between uses) and comes with two mops, a remote control and a charging base.
Keep in mind that the automatic Intelligent Dust Collector (reg. $109) — which collects dust from and charges the M7 Pro vacuum — is sold separately, but the good news is that it’s also on sale when you clip the $20 off coupon on the product page.
That brings the total setup down to just $324, making Proscenic M7 Pro one of the best robot vacuum cleaners right now for those on a budget. The sale price makes it more than $120 under other robot vacuum competitors such as the Shark AV101AE 10 IQ (reg. $450) and more than half the price of the iRobot Roomba i7+ ($799).
